Volunteer Opportunities
Cristal FC is more than soccer. We are building a community of leaders, learners, and game changers. Volunteering with us is a meaningful way to get involved and make a difference on and off the field.
Coach or Assistant Coach
Support young athletes as they grow in skills, teamwork, and confidence. No prior experience is required. Training and ongoing support are provided.
Age Groups: U6–U14
Time Commitment: 2–4 hours per week
Field & Equipment Crew
Assist with game-day setup, field maintenance, and equipment distribution. A great way for parents, teens, and community members to be part of the action.
Time Commitment: Flexible
Event Support
Be part of tournaments, fundraisers, and award ceremonies. Support with logistics, registration, hospitality, and capturing photos or videos to share the Cristal FC spirit.
Roles Available: Greeters, Setup Crew, Registration Desk
Time Commitment: Per event
Leadership Mentors
Share your professional or athletic experience through our Emotional & Leadership Coaching program. Inspire young players by guiding them in life skills, confidence, and resilience.
Ideal for: Professionals, educators, and former athletes
