The NextGen program is a comprehensive development initiative for U11-U14 soccer players, focusing on creating well-rounded athletes who are technically skilled, tactically smart, and mentally tough. 

In the Next Generation Program, we move beyond traditional coaching to provide a holistic support system.

On-Field Excellence

  • U11/U12: Players transition to the 9v9 format, focusing on advanced technical skills under pressure and learning basic team shape.
  • U13/U14: Players transition to the full 11v11 game, diving into complex strategies like pressing and set pieces. They begin to specialize in one or two primary positions.

AI Technology

  • Performance Analytics: AI-powered tools and sensors track metrics like sprint speed and passing accuracy, giving coaches objective data to create personalized training plans.
  • Player Skill Enhancement: Players can use AI-driven apps to get instant feedback on their technique, allowing for self-directed improvement.
  • Tactical Learning: Video analysis and AI simulations help players understand complex strategies and improve their game intelligence.

Holistic Support

  • Nutritional Advisory: A certified advisor provides personalized meal plans and educational workshops for both players and parents on fueling for performance and injury prevention.
  • Motivational & Mental Counseling: A dedicated sports counselor helps players build mental toughness, manage pressure, and navigate the challenges of competitive sports. They also guide parents on how to be a positive, supportive presence for their children.
